Stobart Europe Acquires Suloja to Boost Automotive Transport Services

Stobart Europe, formerly known as Walon, and Suloja are merging to enhance news services for automotive clients and streamline transport operations. Following the merger, Suloja will operate under the new name, Stobart Group.

Last year, Suloja successfully transported over 35,000 vehicles across Germany using a fleet of 20 transporters. This resulted in a turnover of €6.8m ($7.4m).

Stobart Europe, with its Stobart Automotive division, brings additional strength to the table. The division operates in Belgium, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands, managing a fleet of 100 car transporters. It offers services including vehicle storage for up to 8,000 units, a delivery center in Genk, and pre-delivery inspection and remarketing services.

Raf Hustinx, CEO of Stobart Europe, sees the acquisition of Suloja as a strategic move. He believes it will benefit both employees and customers, bolstering Stobart Europe's standing in European automotive news logistics.

The merger of Stobart Europe and Suloja, under the new name Stobart Group, aims to improve news service and efficiency in automotive transport. With combined resources and expertise, the new entity is poised to strengthen its position in the European market.
