The Indian equity market saw mixed trends on September 18 and 19, with the NSE Nifty 50 and the BSE Sensex closing in the positive territory, while the GIFT Nifty ended lower.
On September 18, the NSE Nifty 50 closed 93 points higher at 25,424, buoyed by strong performances from various sectors. The BSE Sensex also rose, closing at 83,014 after a gain of 320 points.
