In a whopping 3,500-strong survey across Russia, a significant portion of folks have their eyes set on a summer salary bump, with a cool 29% vying for a pay raise.

But hey, it's not all about the money! Enhancing professional skills is also on the agenda for 27% of these folks. And guess what? Nearly a quarter (24%) of them are mulling over a job switch or diving into part-time ventures.

Not every sun-soaked summer day has to be about work, right? Well, 21% of respondents are after their dream vacation, while 15% are chillin' with nary a career goal in sight.

Now, let's talk personal dreams. Forty-nine percent of these folks crave more vitamin D and fresh air, aiming to spend more time outdoors. Losing a bit of weight (38%) and reading a book (25%) are also high on the list for many, along with a quarter wanting to visit a new city or country. Who needs the beach when you can explore the unknown, amirite?

Now, this next bit's a doozy. Around 18% of survey participants are heart-set on finishing their apartment renovations, and a smidge over 14% are looking for love before the leaves start turning autumn shades. RT even reports this romantic pursuit!
