Avendus Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor for The Sleep Company on this significant deal. On the legal front, Khaitan & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas were involved in the transaction.
Supratim Chakraborty, Shramana Dwibedi, and Mayank Barman from Khaitan & Co advised on the data privacy aspects of the diligence for The Sleep Company. Meanwhile, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised The Sleep Company and its Founders on the Series D fundraise.
In addition to this, Khaitan & Co also assisted with conducting due diligence on The Sleep Company and negotiations and closing of the transaction for ChrysCapital's investment. Pranjal Prateek and Armaan Gupta from the same firm advised on competition law aspects of the transaction involving The Sleep Company.
