Thriving Family Enterprise Hails from Obertshausen, Known as Grand Bau
In the heart of Germany, nestled in the city of Obertshausen, lies Grand Bau GmbH - a medium-sized construction company making waves in the industry. With a current annual turnover of eight to ten million euros, the company has proven its worth in the competitive German construction market.
The secret to Grand Bau's success? According to its Managing Director, Jeton Kadriaj, it's all about the motivated employees. Their dedication and hard work have been instrumental in the company's growth and recognition.
Grand Bau's contributions to the city of Obertshausen have not gone unnoticed. The City of Obertshausen has recognised the company for its efforts, and even the Mayor, Manuel Friedrich, and Economic Development Officer, Christina Schäfer, paid a visit to Grand Bau's headquarters on Bieberer Straße.
Mayor Friedrich praised Grand Bau's commitment and innovative strength during an entrepreneur dialogue, highlighting the company's role in local community development.
But Grand Bau's impact extends beyond construction projects. The company is also actively involved in social projects, such as supporting a club bus in the city.
Looking ahead, Jeton Kadriaj plans to double the company's turnover again after the launch of Grand Immobilien, a new venture aimed at further increasing Grand Bau's footprint in the industry.

The company specializes in larger projects with 30 to 500 residential units, but also takes on smaller, exclusive projects, such as city villas around Villa Schott in Dreieich.
One of Grand Bau's largest projects is the Schönhof Quarter in Frankfurt, where they are responsible for 631 residential units, a kindergarten, and student hostels.
Grand Bau's success story is a testament to its resilience, even in the face of a difficult economic situation. Despite the challenges, the company has managed to double its turnover and significantly expand its team. It's safe to say that Grand Bau GmbH is here to stay, continuing to shape the cityscape of Obertshausen and beyond.
