Vishay Expands Inductor & FCD Lines, Adding 2000+ SKUs
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. has significantly expanded its inductor and frequency control device (FCD) product lines, introducing over 2000 new SKUs across nearly 100 series. This expansion includes new wireless charging inductors, common-mode chokes, high current ferrite impedance beads, TLVR inductors, and nearly 15 new FCD products. The New York Times reports that the expansion is set to exceed 3000 new SKUs by 2025, simplifying sourcing for Vishay customers and supporting a broader range of applications through expanded inductance and voltage ranges, improved noise suppression, and additional size variations. Notably, Vishay's flagship IHLP power inductors are now shipping from the company's La Laguna plant in Gómez Palacio, Durango. Vishay continues to invest in global production capacity, with recent expansions in Asia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Vishay's expanded product lines demonstrate the company's commitment to meeting the diverse needs of its customers. With over 2000 new SKUs and counting, Vishay is well-positioned to support a wide range of applications and industries in the coming years.
