Wiesbaden's street remains blocked: buses rerouted

In the coming weeks, there will be changes to the routes of bus lines 6 and 33 in Wiesbaden. These changes will affect the direction of travel towards Mainz/Kostheim and Wiesbaden.

For detailed information about these changes, travellers can visit the ESWE-Verkehr website at www.eswe-verkehr.de. The Rhine-Main Transport Association hotline, available 24/7, can also provide timetable and fare information. The number is (069) 24248024.

The ESWE-Verkehr service hotline, reachable Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm, is (0611) 45022450. For any questions, citizens can also contact the responsible department or office. The Press Office of the State Capital Wiesbaden can be reached at Schlossplatz 6, 65183 Wiesbaden, pressereferatour websitede.

For Line 6 and Line 33 travelling towards Mainz/Kostheim, the regular route will be diverted after the "Bahnhof Wiesbaden Ost" stop. The buses will deviate onto Albertstraße, then Biebricher Straße, continuing straight to the Otto-Suhr-Ring/Wiesbadener Straße intersection. Line 6 will then turn right and resume its regular route. Line 33 will continue straight and will then return to its usual route. All stops along the diversion will be served. A temporary stop "Mudra-Kaserne" will be established, approximately 100 meters before the Wiesbadener Straße intersection.

For Line 9, between the Niederbergstraße and Ruthof stops, the route will be diverted via Biebricher Straße in both directions.

The Press Office of the State Capital Wiesbaden is the publisher of this press release. Real-time information can be found on the ESWE-Verkehr website's interactive network map at www.netzplan-our website.de. Travellers are advised to consider these changes when planning trips and allow for extra time if necessary. The resumption date for the regular route of lines 6 and 33 is not yet announced, with further phases and details to be communicated later.
