Wrangler & Barbie Team Up for 40-Piece Capsule Collection
Wrangler and Barbie have joined forces for a 40-piece capsule collection, set to hit shelves at various retail stores. The collaboration, Wrangler's latest after teaming up with Staud and Sandro, features bright colours, prints, and western flair. Prices range from $24 to $140.
The collection includes tops, tees, jeans, and dresses, with denim items available in women's and girls' sizing. Barbie's signature hot pink colour is prominent throughout. While Walmart and potentially Forever 21 will stock parts of the collection, a full list of participating stores is yet to be confirmed. Items will also be available on Wrangler's website and at stores like Dillard's, Buckle, Boot Barn, and Cavender's.
Wrangler, owned by Kontoor Brands since its split from VF Corp. in 2019, has seen success with its recent collaborations. Kontoor reported $616 million in revenue for the second quarter, with Wrangler contributing $425 million. Mattel, Barbie's parent company, has also launched apparel partnerships, including one with Aldi earlier this year.
The Wrangler X Barbie collection offers a blend of fashion and nostalgia, with a wide range of items and price points. Fans can expect to see the collection in various retail stores and online, with a full list of participating stores to be confirmed.
